"Three reasons I will 100% work with and recommend Brad again: This guy manages expectations better than any realtor I’ve ever worked with. From the outset, Brad made it clear what kind of realtor he would be and what kind he wouldn’t be. He focused on making sure we were a good fit first. Sure, that led to a couple of kinda awkward “define the relationship” type conversations. But the result was that it was 100% clear how the process would work when Brad would be available, what was expected of my wife and me, and what was expected of Brad. He was responsible, respectful, and did every.single.thing he said he would do. This guy is compassionate in his service. He’s made his career an extension of his values, and that’s clear from the outset. The way he donates a portion of proceeds to a local charity he’s involved with; the way he wanted to learn about us, our lives, our story, our preferences, and our dreams for the house; the way he gave us a beautiful, handcrafted closing gift. I get that you’d want to work with someone who closes a ton of houses (and thus has a ton of experience). But it’s not a coincidence that you feel rushed and like a burden with those realtors. They’re often working with 10-12 clients at a time, each with round-the-clock concierge service. From start to finish, Brad gave us a personal touch and made us feel valued. Can’t put a price on that. (Here’s where I was going to say that Brad works super hard. While it’s true and he was available to us around the clock, I think it’s such a minor aspect of what made our experience great. He set boundaries (days that he was spending with family and couldn’t do showings), he managed expectations, and when he was on the clock, he was 100% on. He did all kinds of extra legwork for us, including drawing a sketch of a floor plan. When the time came to make an offer, it was completely natural because Brad had laid the groundwork and prepared us for it. So yes, hard work, but there’s a lot more to exceptional service than just answering your texts at 6 am."
