Residential Real Estate Agent

Sold By Starkey Real Estate is a small-medium Residential Real Estate Team serving the Greater Raleigh area. Responsibilities:

• Represent Buyers & Sellers in Real Estate transactions

•Utilize Sold By Starkey and Compass systems

•Attend Team/Office Meetings and Trainings

•Work with leadership to create attainable goals with a step-by-step achievement plan

•Participate in Client Appreciation Events

•Assist fellow Team Members as needed

•Maintain presence on social media outlets

Requirements:

•Must hold an active NC Real Estate License and be a member of RRAR and DMLS

•Must be able to commit 25+ hours per week to Real Estate

•Must not hold another professional position

•Must be able to attend in-person meetings on Tuesdays as well as other times

•Must be well organized

•Must have some level of community involvement

•Must be a good human

Compensation:

•100% commission based position w/ a competitive team commission split

•Additionally, there may be sporadic opportunity for hourly work available to a candidate who is interested in such.
